HEROIKS is a company that cares about its employees. To optimise employee training, HEROIKS has created the Heroiks Academy. This enables employees to develop expertise in the digital professions, communicate in English and improve their soft skills, such as learning to learn, aligning body and mind, and developing their creativity and critical thinking, all of which are essential for their entire professional life.

HEROIKS is a committed group, with a real desire to place CSR at the heart of our concerns. As such, social, environmental and societal responsibility are an integral part of our employees’ daily lives.

HEROIKS also became a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact in 2021, affirming its commitment to the 10 major principles defined by the UN regarding respect for human rights, labour law, the environment and the fight against corruption.

Fulfilling our civic duty

Employees can participate in a voluntary skills sponsorship scheme and thus support and guide companies engaged in the social and solidarity economy through the Entreprendre &+ initiative.

Among the various start-ups we support are Ticket for Change (a modern educational project focused on the ecological transition, the eradication of social exclusion and the development of talent), Tadam (an association that helps young people to better understand themselves, gain self-confidence and take their lives into their own hands) and Je bouge pour mon moral (an association that has set itself the mission of making physical activity accessible to people suffering from depression).

There is also Meet My Mama, Solinum and Singa who are working for diversity and solidarity.

Limiting our carbon footprint

We are a company that cares about the environment and thus pays particular attention to its carbon footprint. HEROIKS’ activity generated 428 tCO2e in emissions in 2020, which is lower than the average for a company of our size in our sector (3588.9 tCO2e / year in 2021).
