HEROIKS MEDIA is committed to continuing to maintain, as it did in 2021, a rate of individual increase favorable to women to reduce this gap.
2/Gap indicator – rate of increase between men and women :
HEROIK MEDIA is committed to maintaining a favorable rate of increase for women in order to reduce the gender pay gap.
3/ Indicator percentage of employees who have received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave:
HEROIKS MEDIA commits to re-evaluate the salaries of the employees upon their return from maternity leave in accordance with article L-1225-26 of the French Labor Code (average of individual increases received during the period of leave by employees in the same socio-professional category).
4/ Indicator number of employees of the under-represented gender in the 10 highest earners :
HEROIKS MEDIA is committed to promoting and recruiting women to management positions over the next 3 years.
