Yves Rocher

Yves Rocher: turning key e-Commerce moments into SEO performance drivers

Project details

The challenge

Yves Rocher already had a strong SEO foundation, ranking for 123,000 keywords and generating nearly 30% of its customer acquisition through organic search.
However, the brand faced intense competition, risks of keyword cannibalization between product pages and the need to anticipate major e-commerce events to maximize the visibility of strategic products.

Objectives

Strengthen visibility for high-value commercial search queries, support new product launches and secure top rankings during key sales periods to accelerate online revenue growth.

Our solution

Peak Ace structured its strategy around three-month optimization sprints leading up to major commercial events.
Thirty keywords were selected based on their business potential and seasonality.
For each keyword, the teams identified the most relevant landing page to minimize keyword cannibalization.
They then implemented targeted on-page optimizations, including:
Content enrichment
Internal linking improvements
Anchor text optimization
All initiatives were carried out in close coordination with Yves Rocher’s e-commerce and merchandising teams to ensure alignment between SEO priorities and commercial objectives.

Key results

2,000+ additional keywords ranking in Google’s Top 3
+13% in organic traffic
+43% in organic search revenue
“Après-shampoing” (Conditioner): from position 43 to No. 1
“Coffret cadeau femme” (Women’s Gift Set): from position 12 to No. 1

“Peak Ace's tailored support continuously brings us fresh insights and enables us to explore and adopt more advanced SEO strategies. We work closely together to keep improving our visibility and achieving our objectives.”
